Jake graduated from Pleasant Valley High School.  He attended Jacksonville State University.

Jake Green appreciates fishing, hunting, and enjoying the world around him. He has been married to his wife for six years, and they relish their life on their farm. Mr. Green teaches biology, AP Environmental Science, and robotics. He has been teaching at Piedmont High School for five years. Mr. Green states, “Basically, I have always wanted to teach. I want to be a positive role model for my students, and inspire those who may never find any other inspiration throughout their life.” Mr. Green believes in finding happiness in the little things.  “Be the best, whether you’re digging ditches all week or catching a football on a Sunday; be the best.” -Hollis Welch
